Most of our courses — including CPR Brahmastra Strategy, Intraday Trading Mastery, Pro Traders Mentorship Program, Swing Trading, Scalping Trading Mastery, and Platinum Memberships — are self-learning, self-paced digital products delivered through recorded content, and are provided on a self-service basis.

All courses and memberships are strictly non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products, once an order is confirmed and access to the course, recordings, or materials is granted, the sale is considered final. No refund, cancellation, exchange, or credit will be provided under any circumstances — regardless of usage, completion, or personal trading outcomes.

No Guarantee of Profit or Returns: All content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Trading and investing in the securities market are subject to market risk. We do not guarantee any specific results, profits, or returns from applying the strategies, indicators, or methods taught. Refunds will not be considered on the basis of trading losses, unmet profit expectations, or dissatisfaction with market outcomes.

Recorded Sessions: While we make every effort to ensure recordings are available and accessible without interruption, occasional unavailability due to technical issues (server, platform, internet, or third-party hosting issues) may occur, and for Mentorship and Platinum programs specifically, such unavailability may extend up to one week while we resolve it. Such technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund. In the event of a genuine, verified technical failure on our end, our sole obligation is to make reasonable efforts to restore access or reissue the recording — this remains a service correction, not a refund.

Live Sessions: Live classes and webinars are scheduled in advance but may occasionally be rescheduled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies (technical, personal, or operational). Students will be notified of any revised schedule. Rescheduling or postponement of a live session does not entitle a student to a refund.

Payment Disputes / Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first raising the issue with our support team is a breach of this policy and may result in immediate suspension of access to all purchased content, in addition to any other rights available to us under law.

Policy Changes: Trading Direction reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective from the date it is posted on our website.

Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

For any issues with receiving or downloading products, or accessing recorded/live content, please contact our support team for assistance — we're happy to help resolve access issues, though this does not extend to refund requests.
