• Do not use Trading Direction Webinars/seminars for advertising or solicitation.
• Understand that trading results are your responsibility, and no profit guarantees are provided. You should not expect any advisory service / tips about buying/selling from Trading Direction.
• You are bound not to cut, copy, distribute, modify, recreate, reverse engineer, distribute, disseminate, post, publish or create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the website. With our prior permission limited use may be allowed. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by Trading Direction. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

GOVERNING LAW:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, replacing any prior agreements.
